Our offsite manufacturing approach reduces overall project risk through improved cost and schedule certainty, and greater supply chain controls, without compromising a project’s overall design. We specialize in building envelope systems, such as our product Infinite Facade that uses a standard frame and connections, that give design teams complete freedom of design while also meeting and exceeding code requirements. Additionally, our design services and our parking product PARC, delivering a low-risk, high-quality parking structure with design flexibility at the lowest cost in the shortest amount of time. For owners this means overall cost reductions of 5%-10% and structures delivered 30%-50% faster than traditional methods. During the pandemic, we have received two TCOs on two parking structures and completed the projects under budget and ahead of schedule. Our project UCSF Minnesota Tidelands Student Houses was honored with PCI's 2021 Sidney Freedman Craftmanship Award. Parking Structure V at CSU Sacramento has received over ten awards for sustainability, resiliency and delivery, including Parksmart Gold and Platinum Gold from the US Resiliency Council.
