We have strategically integrated services in order to provide our customers with a one-stop building services provider, which allows our company to take a comprehensive view of our customers’ facilities and offer the very best in custom-tailored solutions. Our focus areas include HVAC, Refrigeration, Plumbing Systems, Project Development, System Design, Commissioning, Energy Solutions/Performance Contracting and Preventive Maintenance in commercial markets. Our commercial markets comprise of K-12 Schools, Municipalities, Higher Education, Healthcare, Industrial and Commercial Office Buildings. Danforth is an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) company, investing in not only our employees but also the company as a whole. Currently, there are 250 full time office employees working between our six offices located in Upstate New York. Our corporate office is located in Tonawanda, NY. Additionally, we have office locations in Rochester, Syracuse, Albany and Hudson Valley, NY and Columbus, OH. Aside from our office personnel, we regularly employ over 900 skilled tradesmen working on projects throughout the state. Our experiences have built instrumental relationships which have allowed our organization to complete projects in many different markets such as: Municipal, K-12 schools, Higher Education, Healthcare, Industrial, Manufacturing and Private Commercial sectors. This growth has given Danforth the opportunity to expand career opportunities throughout New York State.
